MYCREAM Credit (Cream) Terms v1.0 (EN)

Effective Date: 2026-06-05

These Credit (Cream) Terms (the “Credit Terms”) set out the rules for the purchase, grant, use, expiration, refunds, misuse, and dispute handling of “Credits (Cream)”—a digital usage right within the MYCREAM Service. These Credit Terms apply together with the Terms of Service and the Operating Policy (Guidelines).

Article 1 (Definitions)

  1. Credits (Cream): Virtual points / digital usage rights (virtual data) used to access features or services within the Service.
  1. Paid Credits: Credits purchased by a user through payment.
  1. *(Reserved)*
  1. Free Credits: Credits granted without monetary payment, such as through events, promotions, or rewards.
  1. Wallet (Balance): The amount of Credits stored in a user’s account.
  1. Misuse / Fraudulent Use: Any act that the Company reasonably deems fraudulent or improper, including use of stolen/unauthorized payment methods, account takeover, abuse of refunds/chargebacks, use of automation/bots, or manipulation of the credit mechanism.
  1. Terms not defined herein follow the Terms of Service, applicable laws, and generally accepted practices.
  1. The Company may, as needed for operations, offer multiple types of Credits with different issuance/purchase methods, usage conditions, validity periods, and burn priority. The specific conditions for each type shall follow the information displayed on the Service screen or the payment screen.

Article 2 (Legal Nature of Credits)

  1. License Grant: Credits constitute a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license granted by the Company to the user. The user does not acquire ownership rights in Credits.
  1. No Cash Value: Credits are not legal tender and are not redeemable or refundable for cash, property, or services (except where required by applicable law).
  1. Restrictions on Disposition: Credits are not personal property and may not be inherited, transferred, sold, rented, gifted, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of, except where the Company expressly permits a specific feature.

Article 3 (Earning and Purchase)

  1. Users may (i) receive Free Credits through activities within the Service, or (ii) purchase Paid Credits through methods provided by the Company.
  1. The Company may change or discontinue the way Credits are provided (quests/events/packages), the frequency, amounts, pricing, and purchase limits, as necessary for operations.
  1. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors/partners, and the terms and policies of such third parties may also apply.

Article 4 (Use and Deduction)

  1. Credits may be used only for features/services permitted by the Company within the Service.
  1. Deduction rules (amount, timing, and applicable features) follow the notices displayed on the Service/payment screens and the Company’s Operating Policy.
  1. The Company may modify deduction rules or available features as needed for technical or operational reasons.

Article 5 (Validity Period and Expiration)

  1. The Company may set a validity period for Credits. The validity period follows the information provided at the time of grant/purchase or as displayed on the Service.
  1. Credits automatically expire when the validity period ends, and expired Credits cannot be restored.
  1. The Company may revoke or adjust Credits obtained through error, fraud, or violations, or Credits granted by mistake.

Article 6 (Refunds — General Limitation)

  1. Free Credits are not refundable or compensable under any circumstances.
  1. Purchases of Paid Credits are final, and refunds/exchanges/cancellations are generally not available. Exceptions may apply only if (i) a refund is required by applicable law, or (ii) the Company allows a refund at its sole discretion.
  1. Once Paid Credits are credited to the user’s account, the user is deemed—within the scope permitted by law—to have agreed to limitations on withdrawal/cooling-off rights for digital content/services.
  1. If a user purchases Paid Credits through a third-party payment channel (payment processors/partners), refund availability, procedures, and processing timelines may be affected by that channel’s policies and procedures. The Company does not assume responsibility beyond what is required by applicable law for a third party’s refund decisions or delays.

Article 6A (Recurring Credit Subscriptions)

Recurring credit (Cream) subscriptions are also subject to the “Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal” section of the Terms of Service. Consistent with Article 6, Paid Credits are non-refundable; cancelling a recurring credit subscription stops future renewals but does not refund Credits already purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Article 7 (Unauthorized Payments, Payment Disputes, and Chargebacks)

  1. Users are responsible for managing purchases and usage activity made through their account.
  1. If unauthorized payment is suspected, the user must notify the Company without undue delay. The Company may investigate and, at its discretion, determine whether to adjust or refund; however, unless required by law, the Company has no obligation to provide a refund.
  1. If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, the Company may restrict Credit usage, limit features, or take account actions for risk management. If funds are reversed, the Company may revoke or adjust Credits granted through the relevant payment (including already-used Credits).

Article 8 (Technical Errors)

  1. If it is confirmed that Credits were not properly granted due to a technical error, the Company may, at its discretion, credit the relevant amount to the user’s Wallet.
  1. The remedy under this Article is the sole and exclusive remedy for technical errors, and the Company has no obligation to provide refunds or additional compensation beyond what is required by applicable law.

Article 9 (Prohibited Conduct and Misuse)

  1. Users must not engage in any of the following:
  • selling/transferring/cashing out Credits or attempting to do so;
  • earning or using Credits through unauthorized tools such as automation/bots/scripts;
  • manipulating or abusing the Credit mechanism, or bypassing security measures;
  • fraudulent payments, abuse of refunds/chargebacks, or deceptive transactions.
  1. In case of violation, the Company may confiscate/revoke Credits, restrict features, suspend/terminate accounts, and/or take legal action.

Article 10 (Suspension/Termination/Deletion and Confiscation)

  1. If the Company suspends or terminates an account due to violations of the Terms/Operating Policy/laws, the Company may restrict, revoke, or confiscate remaining Credits without any obligation to refund, compensate, or restore them.
  1. If a user voluntarily deletes an account or withdraws from the Service, Credits associated with the account may be immediately forfeited (extinguished) and will not be refunded, compensated, or restored.

Article 11 (Changes, Value Adjustments, and Discontinuation)

  1. The Company may change or adjust (including value changes) Credit pricing, package composition, grant amounts, earning methods, usage destinations, deduction rules, and validity periods.
  1. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue Credits or related features, and is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation for discontinuation, suspension, or value changes (except where required by applicable law).

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company’s disclaimers and limitations of liability regarding Credits follow the limitation of liability provisions of the Terms of Service.
