Trust & Safety (EN) v1.0
MYCREAM is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment. This page explains how we protect users, enforce our rules, and respond to reports.
(For detailed rules and examples, see Guidelines.)
1. Age Assurance
- MYCREAM is intended for adults. You must meet the minimum age requirement in your region to use the service.
- We may apply age-gating and access controls for sensitive features and content.
- If we suspect an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict access, request additional verification, or suspend/terminate the account.
2. Content Safety (High-Risk / Zero-Tolerance Areas)
We strictly prohibit content that involves:
- Sexual content involving minors or appearing to involve minors.
- Non-consensual sexual content, coercion, exploitation, or extortion.
- Content that facilitates illegal sexual services or trafficking.
- Sharing or requesting personal information for exploitation, stalking, or harm.
- Content that promotes or meaningfully enables self-harm or suicide.
3. User Safety (Conduct Standards)
We do not allow:
- Harassment, hate, threats, or targeted abuse.
- Impersonation, fraud, or scams.
- Stalking behaviors or doxxing (sharing private personal data).
- Requests for private contact details in a coercive or manipulative way.
4. Rights & Impersonation Response (Copyright / Likeness / Deepfakes)
4.1 Scope
This section covers:
- Copyright/trademark infringement (unauthorized uploads, re-uploads of paid/exclusive content, etc.)
- Likeness misuse (unauthorized use of a person’s identifiable face/body/voice)
- Impersonation and misleading claims (“official,” “verified,” “it’s me,” etc., unless granted by MYCREAM)
- Deepfakes or synthetic media used in ways that violate rights or consent
- Leaked/stolen/illegal recordings and non-consensual distribution
4.2 Core Principles
- Uploaders must have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses at the time of upload, and must be able to provide reasonable proof upon request.
- Where credible risk signals exist, we may minimize distribution and apply restrictions while verification is pending.
4.3 Detection Channels
- Reports: Anyone may report. We may request additional information to assess credibility and standing (e.g., victim, rightsholder, agent, or other).
- Signals: We may use internal signals such as similarity detection (re-uploads), repeated reports, anomalous behavior patterns, and account linkage signals where appropriate.
4.4 Immediate Containment
We may apply temporary restrictions (e.g., soft takedown / visibility limits) when:
- A credible report from a victim/rightsholder is received,
- Internal signals indicate high risk (e.g., strong similarity match or repeated reports),
- The content appears to involve leaks, theft, or other severe rights violations.
4.5 Payout Hold
If rights infringement or impersonation is suspected, we may place payouts on hold while the investigation is ongoing.
If no violation is found, held payouts will be processed through the normal settlement flow.
4.6 Verification (Evidence Requests)
We may request relevant proof, such as:
- Original files (high-resolution originals, series/sequence, etc.)
- Model releases / consent documentation for filming and distribution
- Licenses, contracts, or rights transfer documents
- Other reasonable ownership/production proof (where feasible)
Typical deadline: 72 hours. If evidence is not provided or is insufficient, we may conclude that the required rights were not secured.
4.7 Outcomes
- Sufficient proof: restore content (or lift restrictions) and release payout holds.
- Insufficient/no proof: remove or restrict content, apply account enforcement, and maintain holds as needed.
- Severe or repeated abuse (leaks, clear impersonation, systematic theft): permanent suspension and re-entry prevention measures.
5. Reporting & Response
You can report content or accounts through Support/Report.
- Reports are reviewed based on severity and risk.
- We may take actions including: content removal, content restriction, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.
- For urgent cases (e.g., credible threats, exploitation), we may act immediately while investigation continues.
6. Enforcement & Appeals
We apply enforcement proportionate to the violation:
- Warning / education
- Feature limitations
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent suspension (for severe or repeated violations)
If you believe we made a mistake, you can submit an appeal through Support/Report.
Appeal window: within 14 days from the notice date. We may ask for additional information to review the decision.
7. Moderation Approach
We use a combination of:
- Automated systems (for detection and prevention)
- Human review (for context and final decisions where appropriate)
To protect integrity and safety, we do not disclose specific detection thresholds or internal moderation logic.
8. Security & Integrity
- Please keep your account secure (strong password, protect device access).
- If you discover a security issue, contact us via social@mycream.ai with “Security” in the subject line.
9. Policy Updates
We may update Trust & Safety policies as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via an updated effective date.
