Guidelines v1.1

These Guidelines set out the content and conduct rules for the 18+ AI-driven 1:1 chat service (the “Service”) operated by MYCREAM CYP LTD (the “Company”), including enforcement and reporting procedures. These Guidelines apply together with the Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

1. Core Principles

  • The Service is for adults (18+) only.
  • We respect adult users’ autonomy while maintaining safety and rights protection through necessary restrictions.
  • The Company may combine automated detection, user reports, and human review to assess potential violations and take appropriate action.

2. Scope

These Guidelines apply to:

  • Conversations and messages between users and agents
  • Text displayed within the Service, including profiles, descriptions, and tags
  • Communications and materials submitted through reporting, support, or appeals processes

3. Account and User Conduct

The following are prohibited and may result in restrictions:

  • Impersonation, creating accounts with false information, or account sharing/transfer that undermines trust
  • Spam, repetitive advertising, or attempts to redirect users off-platform (including for phishing or illegal content sharing)
  • Harassment, threats, hate/discriminatory language, or repeated abusive behavior
  • Abuse or attempts to bypass the Service’s systems, security, or payment processes
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of credits, payments, refunds, or chargebacks
  • Unauthorized uploads or distribution of third-party content, including copyrighted works, paid/exclusive content from other platforms, content featuring identifiable third parties without proper consent, or leaked/stolen/illegal recordings.\

We may request reasonable proof of rights, permissions, or licenses, and may take actions such as content removal/restriction, account limitations, and payout holds where applicable. *(For process details, see Trust & Safety.)*

4. Zero-Tolerance Content (Strictly Prohibited)

The following content is strictly prohibited regardless of context, and may be blocked/removed immediately with strong enforcement actions.

  1. Sexual content involving minors\
  • Any sexual content, depiction, or suggestion involving a minor or someone who may be perceived as a minor
  1. Non-consensual, coercive, exploitative sexual content / incapacity\
  • Sexual violence or coercion, including threats, stalking, confinement, deception, or abuse of power
  • Sexual activity involving intoxication, drugs, sleep, or any state where meaningful consent cannot be given
  1. Illegal recordings and non-consensual distribution\
  • Creation, requesting, sharing, selling, or linking to illegal voyeuristic recordings, non-consensual intimate content, or “revenge porn”
  1. Sexual extortion and grooming\
  • Threats or demands using sexual content (including blackmail, extortion, or threats of exposure)
  • Grooming or predatory conduct for exploitation
  1. Bestiality\
  • Any sexual activity involving animals
  1. Real-person rights violations (including deepfakes)\
  • Sexual use of a real person’s likeness/voice/identifying elements without explicit consent (including celebrities or acquaintances)
  • Creating, sharing, or requesting non-consensual sexual deepfakes or similar manipulated content
  1. Actionable criminal instructions\
  • Providing concrete instructions, methods, tools, or steps to facilitate illegal activity (e.g., hacking, fraud, stalking, illegal distribution)

5. Restricted / Sensitive Content

Depending on context, the following may be subject to warnings, reduced visibility, or feature limitations:

  • Excessive violence or hate-promoting content
  • Content that glorifies or encourages self-harm or suicide
  • Content that promotes or glamorizes drug/alcohol use (especially when combined with sexual contexts)
  • Sharing personal data (addresses, phone numbers, account details) or requesting others’ personal information

The Company may limit the display or generation of such content to protect users and maintain safety.

6. Reporting and Response

  • Users may report suspected violations through in-service reporting tools or customer support.
  • The Company will review reports and internal signals and take appropriate action.
  • Where serious harm is suspected, the Company may apply temporary blocks or restrictions while reviewing.

7. Enforcement

Depending on severity, intent, and repetition, the Company may take one or more actions:

  • Warnings and guidance
  • Removal or limited visibility of content
  • Feature limitations (e.g., limiting certain functions)
  • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of accounts
  • Additional actions as required by law or applicable procedures

8. Changes to These Guidelines

The Company may update these Guidelines due to legal, operational, or safety needs. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.

9. Notice

These Guidelines are a public-facing document. The Company may maintain separate internal policies and procedures to operate the Service safely. Detailed technical criteria and implementation methods may not be publicly disclosed.
